Influence and Political Styles Questionnaire (the IPQ)
The style of behaviour you adopt when you seek to influence can have a significant
impact on your success. Get it right and you're moving forward quickly; get it wrong and
you could be stuck wondering what went wrong.
Our research has identified four different types of behaviour that
people use when trying to influence others. The IPQ used psychometric approaches to
quickly identify the behaviours you prefer to use and will then show you what others probably
think about your style, along with some suggestions for improvement.
