Help Topic: Product Purchase
With growing interest in our subject area and our work,
we have decided to make certain products available for public purchase
as well as through our growing network of professionals around the world.
These products provide unique insight into the development of influencing
capability and are often used in conjunction with a specialist coach or
facilitator. If you are interested and would like to be introduced to
someone in our network who can provide additonal support, please contact
us.
In order to purchase a product, you will be asked to create
an account. If you already have an account, you will need to login to
complete your purchase. Access to your product is provided through your
account on this site. Product payments are processed securely by PayPal
so you can be assured of the highest quality and transaction security.
None of your bank/credit card details are passed to this site at any stage.
Once you have completed your purchase you will retain access
to your product for 12 months from the date of purchase. If your product
allows you to provide access to other people, you will continue to have
access beyond 12 months but this will lapse if you do not use your product
within a 12 month period. For further information, please refer to our
terms and conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do you process product purchases?
The process we use is very simple. Once you have decided
you wish to purchase a product, click on the "more info" button
on one of the product pages. This provides a summary of the product and
the pricing. Some products allow you to purchase higher quantities, in
which case there will be a field at the bottom of the page with a drop
down menu to select your quantity. In this case, the amounts automatically
update to reflect the quantity you wish to purchase.
When you are ready to make your purchase, click ont he
"pay now" button. If you have not yet created an account on
our site you will next be asked to login or create and account. We ask
for a minimum of detail required to manage your account. Once you have
registered or logged in, you will immediately be taken to the PayPal website
for payment processing. The product and total amount will be clearly displayed
on this page. If you have a paypal account, simply login and complete
the transaction. Don't worry if you don't have a paypal account, instead
enter your credit card details to complete the purchase.
Once paypal has processed your payment, it will show you
a summary page and a button to "continue". Click on this button
and you will return to our site. From this page, click on the "my
home" link at the top left and the links relevant to your product
will be displayed. Please note that if your payment has ben marked as
"pending", perhaps because you paid by eCheck, the new links
will not be displayed until the transaction is fully completed.
The end of the process, once the payment has been completed
is an email sent to your registered email address with an invoice for
your purchase.
Which credit cards are accepted?
PayPal accepts all major credit / debit cards. You can
also use PayPal to buy your product using your bank account.
How do you handle security?
All information concerning your payment means are handled
exclusively by PayPal to ensure the security of your data. Any information
concerning the transaction passed back to our site is restricted to information
about price, payment status etc. All information held about you on this
site is secured in password protected and encrypted areas. See Privacy
for more information.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes, once your payment has been completed, we will email
you an invoice. This can also be viewed online here.
I'm registered for VAT, can I get a refund?
We are based in the United Kingdom. If you are registered
for VAT in the UK you will need to account for your purchase on your VAT
Return. However, if you are registered for VAT elsewhere in the European
Union, you can apply to us for a VAT refund here.
Refunds can take up to 10 days and are not guarantted as we need to take
reasonable steps to verify the information you provide us. Once a decision
is made to refund your VAT we will process this immediately and provide
you with an amended invoice.
How do I access my product after I've purchased it?
Once your payment has fully completed, the links to your
new product will appear in "my home".
If you do not see the links there, it is probably because for some reason
your payment has not fully completed. Once it has completed your account
will be automatically upgraded. PayPal will alert you when the completion
occurs and you will also then receive and email invoice from us. If you
believe that you have successfully completed your payment but still do
not see your product links, please contact us.
How long will my product access last?
Products purchased for personal use provided continued
access for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you purchase a product
which allows you to provide access to others, you will continue to have
access to the product until you have not used it for a period of 12 months
(however individuals you provide access to will cease to have access after
12 months). More information can be found in our terms
and conditions.
If I have a problem when I'm buying, what can I do?
At any stage you can abandon your purchase but just leaving
our site and/or the PayPal site. Please note that most functions used
during the process will time out after a while, so if you are distracted
during the process and return to it later, you may need to start again.

The payment process has completed, where's my product?
Links to your new product will appear in "my
home". Some payment methods available through PayPal do not complete
the transaction payment immediately. This is the most likely reason why
your product is not available immediately. PayPal will notify you as soon
as payment has fully completed, at which stage your account on our site
will be upgraded.
I previously purchased a product but now it says my access has
expired - why?
For personal products access is provided for a period of
12 months only. If you wish to retore access, or have any other queries
about expired access, please contact us.
