Help Topic: Login and/or Registering

To access our site you need to register or login. Each user account is referenced by your email address, so please remember which one you used to register otherwise you will not be able to gain access to your earlier products and services.

When you register, you need to provide a minimum amount of detail, your first name, last name, email address, password and country of residence. Email addresses need to be valid and we have a rolling programme of email account verification, so please ensure that you register with an email address that you have access to.

We ask for you name purely for ease of identification and salutation in the event that we need to contact you. Country of residence is requested for legal and tax purposes.

Passwords should be 8 - 12 characters in length and are case sensitive. At any time you may change your password by clicking on the "my account" link visible once you have logged in. All passwords are kept secure. If you are returning to our site and have forgotten your password, on the login page, enter your email address in the "forgotten password" area of the page and click the "forgot" button below. Your password will then be emailed to you.

If you have been invited here by a colleague, it is likely that they will have provided you with a special link to use. Unless you use this link, you will not get the intended permissions set on your account. If you have already registered without using the link, all you need to do is find the link, click on it and our systems will upgrade your account.

The functionality of this site supports a number of partners, however the underlying data is the same. Therefore, if you have arrived here and tried to register and seen the message that your email is already in use, it may be that you are already registered with one of our partners. If this is the case, simply enter your email in the login section and enter the password that you used on our partners site.
